Who we are

True Valley Homes is the resident-facing brand of WLC Holdings, LLC, and Kat Homes, LLC — the owner-operators of three thoughtfully maintained apartment properties in the Phoenix, Arizona metro: Hampton on 27th, Oasis 33, and The Forté Apartments. We're a small, owner-run operation, which means decisions happen quickly and residents talk to real people.

How we manage

Every property in our portfolio gets consistent attention — regular upkeep, staged interiors when units turn, and a straightforward approach to maintenance requests. We don't over-promise fancy amenities we can't stand behind. Instead, we focus on the fundamentals: clean, modern units, responsive communication, and fair terms.

What residents can expect

• Quick replies. We aim to respond to inquiries and non-emergency maintenance requests within one business day.
• Well-maintained homes. Every unit is cleaned, staged, and inspected before move-in.
• Move-in specials year-round. We keep at least one promotion active across our portfolio.
• Equal housing. We welcome all applicants and follow federal, state, and local fair housing laws without exception.
