What are your application requirements?
We generally look for a combined household income of about 2.5× the monthly rent, a positive rental history, and a credit profile that shows you've been a reliable renter. We review applications individually — if you have questions about your situation, call or email us before applying.
Do you accept pets?
Most of our units are pet-friendly, with some restrictions on breed and count. Additional deposits or pet fees may apply. Confirm the policy for the specific unit you're interested in when you inquire.
What utilities are included in rent?
It varies by property and unit. Typically water, sewer, and trash are included; electricity and internet are billed to the resident. The specific listing page on ShowMojo details what's included.
What lease lengths do you offer?
Standard leases are 12 months. We can occasionally accommodate shorter terms — ask us about current availability.
Are move-in specials really available year-round?

How much is the security deposit?
Security deposits are typically equal to one month's rent for qualified applicants. Your deposit is fully refundable at move-out, subject to standard lease conditions.

How do I submit a maintenance request once I've moved in?
Current residents can submit non-emergency maintenance requests anytime via email or phone. For after-hours emergencies (flooding, no heat/AC in extreme weather, lockouts), call the main number — our team prioritizes urgent issues.
Do you accept housing vouchers (Section 8)?
We welcome qualified voucher holders and review each application under the same standards. Please contact us to discuss current unit availability that meets voucher program requirements.
